This course introduces the foundations of nature-based therapy and eco-psychology in a way that is practical, ethical, and accessible for practitioners.
Participants will learn:
• The foundations of eco-psychology and nature-based therapy
• How nature supports emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Practical nature-based counselling activities
• Ethical considerations when working outdoors
• How to integrate nature into existing therapeutic approaches
• Ways to bring nature into the therapy room
Participants leave with tools they can immediately integrate into their work with clients.
